When you call ESV and leave a message, your call will be returned within 24 hours, but typically by the end of the day.
3 How long in advance should I rent audio visual equipment?
Once you have your venue and date confirmed, your next move should be to reach out to your AV provider. Get your AV provider involved as soon as possible.
4 What Powerpoint presentation equipment do I need?
A laptop loaded with Powerpoint, a slide advancer, an LCD projector, and a screen.
5 What other types of presentation equipment should I consider for my event?
The cornerstone of every successful event or meeting is proper sound reinforcement. Lighting is a nice addition as well if you want to give your event a little pizzazz!
6 What if I don’t know exactly what AV equipment or service that I need for my event?
Start with looking at the size of the venue and how many people will be attending. If possible, we are happy to look at the room with you and help you create a vision for your event.
7 Do you have technicians that can setup and operate the Audio Visual equipment if needed?
Yes, of course! ESV provide a turnkey meeting solution with highly skilled technicians, that will setup, operate and then remove all equipment when done.
8 What if I need to a rent a particular piece of audio or video equipment that isn’t listed on your website?
The equipment highlighted on our website is only a partial list of what we have in our inventory. Since it is impossible to have everything available, we have developed a set of relationships in the AV community to meet your needs.
9 What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, company checks, and wire transfers.
10 How long in advance should I confirm Audio Visual services with ESV?
Depending on the time of year, some months fill up very quickly. To guarantee your date, reservations should be made as soon as a venue and date are selected. ESV generally books events six months to a year in advance.
11 Do you offer discounts for multiple or recurring events?
